Adrijan Praznik (1988, Ljubljana) graduated in painting in 2016 from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design, under the mentorship of Žiga Kariž, MA and the co-mentorship of Tomislav Vignjević, PhD. He was awarded an annual scholarship for gifted students from the Municipality of Ljubljana and received an award from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design for outstanding artistic achievements in the academic year 2011/2012. He has participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions in Slovenia and abroad (Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Italy, Germany, etc.). His works are a part of the Imago Mundi Collection – Luciano Benetton Collection and the International Graphic Art Center, MGLC. In the present year, he is concluding his studies at the World of Art, School for Curatorial Practices and Critical Writing. He lives and works in Ljubljana.
